2L Entertainments Booking Information - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Question 1: How do I obtain a quote and confirm my book?

Step 1: Contact us for a quote for your event or use or Quick Quote service

Step 2: Once you have selected the package that you would like to book, please use our online booking form to submit your booking application. Alternatively, you can also request for our booking application to be set to you via post or email. If you wish to arrange a meeting with us prior to completing your booking application, please contact us.

Step 3: The desposit required in generally 50% of the overall booking charge, however this percentage can vary at our discretion. Please contact us to confirm the minimum amount required to confirm your booking. The deposit funds can be paid in cash, by cheque or via bank transfer.

 

Question 2: What happens once my booking has been confirmed?

Once we have received your booking application and the agreed desposit. We will then forward you a booking confirmation letter via email.

We would then request any song requests and a full event itinerary to help us ensure that your event runs smoothly.

If your venue requires copies of our PAT certificates and Public Liability Insurance, we can send copies of this to them via email.

 

Question 3: What if I want to make changes to my package after the booking has been confirmed?

Please contact us to discuss any amendments you wish to make as soon as possible.
